Reservation Policy:
Reservations can be made by phone, fax or e-mail to Lexie Hutton in Costa Rica. Within 7 days of reservation, 50% of the payment must be sent in the form of a cashier's check made out to Alexis Paulk-Hutton, and mailed to the address below. A confirmation will be sent to the client by fax or e-mail upon receipt of the check, along with the rental contract , which will need to be read and signed , then faxed or mailed back to Lexie. No refunds of deposits are given. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to arrival. All guests of Sunset House must pay a $500 rental security deposit along with their final payment, which will be mailed back to you in the form of a check, provided nothing is broken or missing.
